If you first time using WAW internet banking service, then you need to registration process. So download a Netlink registration form and return it by mail, or request a copy of the form over the phone or by email.

After submitting the form, you will receive email within 48 hours for the confirmation of your application by them. If you apply at one of their Member Service Centres, then your temporary password will be provided immediately. Then log in to Internet Banking, and key in your member number and temporary password.
You can change your login name. A new login must consist of both letters of the alphabet and contain at least one number and not have any blanks or spaces embedded in it. If you forgot your password, then Contact your Member Service Centre or call them on (02) 6022 8444 during business hours for information about getting your password reset, or follow the instructions given in “What if I forget my password?”.
