Iran hit with new demand as U.N. meets

On Yesterday, the United States and other Major Powers told Iran to prepare “serious response” by October 1 to demands it halt its nuclear program or risk the consequences.

The demand given by the five permanent members of UN Security Council and Germany came after the U.S. President; Barack Obama delivered his first speech to the UN General Assembly urging to stop blaming America and join him in the world’s problems including Iran’s nuclear plans. Continue reading »

YSR funeral Arrangement

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhara Reddy died in an air tragedy, his state funeral was on Friday, 4 September 2009. The national flag will be flown at half mast in Delhi and all state capitals for seven days; this was the state mourning, declared for the deceased leader.

For people to pay homage, YSR’s body was kept at the Lal Bahadur Stadium on Friday. For state funeral the body was taken to his native Pulivendula town in Kadapa district. To pay their last respects to YSR, popularly known as the ‘Lion of Kadapa’, several union ministers arrived in Hyderabad early Friday.

After Louisville police released audio and video recordings of phone calls and an interview with the woman at the heart of the scandal, Pitino addressed the media at a news conference Wednesday. He admitted and told the police that he had sex in year 2003 at Louisville restaurant with Karen Cunagin Sypher.
