4. Home Alone (1990) : This movie story is based on the accident of the young boy who has been stranded by his parents during the Christmas holidays. The Young boy character is played by the biggest child star Macaulay Culkin. This is one of the best Christmas movies which reigned at the box office for 12 straight weeks and grossed $533 million worldwide.
5. A Christmas Carol (1951) : A Christmas Carol movie is adapted from Dickens novel. It is also known as ‘Scrooge’, this take is called as the best for its definitive Ebenezer Scrooge, fittingly played by Hollywood super star Alastair Sim, who gives a superb performance. This Christmas movie “A Christmas Carol” is produced by Walt Disney.
6. White Christmas (1954) : White Christmas has clearly the best Christmas song of all time, so for that reason alone this movie is famous. Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye played a lead role in this movie. The title song was one of the musical numbers in the 1942 Christmas classic Holiday Inn.
7. Elf (2003) : Elf is a best comedy movie of Christmas classic which is directed by the Will Ferrell who is an orphan raised by Santa Claus and his elves.
8 The Santa Clause (1994) : Tim Allen is a star of this movie. He is actually, uh, jolly in this fun family tale about a guy who inadvertently kills Kris Kringle and then has to take his job. He becomes a Santa Claus-in-training when the old Santa meets his demise during his annual present run. The film has wonderful Images of Santa’s workshop at the North Pole!
9. Bad Santa (2003) : It is a very comic film on a man imagining to be Santa Clause, so he can take out department store robberies.
10. The Bishop’s Wife (1947): This is a fantastic Christmas movie. In this movie, Cary Grant provides guidance as the angel Dudley to David Niven and Loretta Young as Christmas approaches. Great movie quote: “The only people who grow old were born old to begin with“.
