Malaysia calendar has published by The Prime Minister’s Department which shows holidays for the year 2010. There is 13 days of national holidays including school holidays. There are also a few days of state holidays which are declared by the federal territories and various states. Most of the hotels charge higher price on the public holidays. It is advisable to join “open house” during the national festivals like Hari Raya Puasa, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and Christmas so you can enjoy more in Malaysia.
