The Iron Man 2 Premiere Sweepstakes  Participation open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes will begin on April 8, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. EDT and will end on April 26, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT.

To enter Iron Man 2 Premiere Sweepstakes, visit acdcrocks.com/im2flyaway during the Sweepstakes Period and complete an entry form. Limit of this sweepstakes is Only one entry per person.

Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• Two tickets to see the world premiere of Iron Man 2 in Los Angeles, CA, scheduled to take place on May 4, 2010;
• Two round trip airline tickets from the airport closest to the winner’s hometown to a Los Angeles, CA airport (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,500
