PPO Maximum Allowable Charge (MAC) schedules for both the National Fee-for-Service and Concordia Partner Advantage networks; United Concordia has finalized the annual review incorporated an independent analysis by region, which resulted in updates to some schedules. For all groups administered using these networks, the updates are applicable for services rendered on or after February 1, 2009 in the affected regions.
Go to My Patients’ Benefits on the left side of your screen to download a copy of the updated schedules. To login into My Patients’ Benefits, Select the “Log in Now” button, enter specific patient information, select the Allowance/Copay tab, enter a procedure code, charge amount in the appropriate fields, and click Retrieve.
For United Concordia participating provider, the schedule is available online. See the message “Click here to the view,” after clicking on it, the entire Maximum Allowable Charge Schedules will appear. To download the schedule, you have to Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 or higher.
