Pepco is a regulated electric utility that offers transmission and distribution services. Pepco is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepco Holdings, Inc. (PHI). Below you are given a guide to View & Pay Pepco E-Bill & Online Bill Payment at www.Pepco.com. From 2nd February onwards, you will no longer be able to pay your bill through the eBill system you are currently using.

Pay Your Bill Online through New “My Account” Setup (For new users only):
- Open this URL : https://webapps2.pepco.com/registration/pepco/
- Enter account number,
- Service Period, “To” Date,
- Bill Amount Due,
- Give your account a name you can easily identify such as,
- Account Name: Give your account a name you can easily identify such as: My Home, Beach House, Mom’s House, etc. If no name is provided the account number will be displayed.
- Now type characters which are seen in this image in the space provided below. Case does not matter.
- Then tick mark on terms and conditions and click on continue button.
Old customers:
Customers who have used Pepco’s online billing system previously but are not enrolled in My Account will have to take some following steps:
Get a copy of your last bill: Access their old online billing system by entering your old user name and password to get a copy of your last bill. You will need to know your account, service period “To” date and amount due in order to register for their new online billing system. Print out your bill or have it available in an internet browser session for reference purposes.
Register for My Account: You are now ready to open My Account. Click on first-time My Account User link and answer the question to register. To create a new user ID and password, you will be asked. You can use your old user ID and password again for My Account if your old user ID and password fit the new system guidelines.
View and pay your bill: After enrolling for my account, select the option to view and pay bill which is located both at the top on the home profile questions and in the left navigation menu. You can use the view and pay bill option lacking completing the home profile questions.

A variety of convenient options are available for you to pay your Pepco energy bill which described below.
E-Bill: View and pay your bill online through Pepco eBill each month which is a free service. OR For a nominal fee, you can also pay your bill with a credit or debit card online through BillMatrix.
Budget Billing: You can make a fixed payment each month for avoiding the fluctuation in monthly bills, which may arise as a result of heating or air conditioning use.
Telephone: You can pay by electronic check with Pepco’s Voice Response System and this service is absolutely free. OR you can call BillMatrix to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card with a charge.

Automatic Pay: [link] Sign up for Pepco’s Direct Debit and your electric bill. By this bill will be paid automatically from your bank, savings and loan or credit union checking account each month.
