Online bill payment at Delmarva.com:
For online bill payment, you have to register for My Account, a secure self-service option. After registration you are allowed to:
- View and pay your bill
- Take advantage of features than can help you save on your energy bill
- Sign up for Green Bill (paperless billing)
- Get an e-mail when your bill is ready
Once you have registered for My Account, login there and click on the “View and Pay Bill” button in the left-and menu.

Budget Billing:
You are allowed to make a fixed payment each month by Budget Billing by avoiding the fluctuation in monthly bills, which may arise as a result of heating or air conditioning use.
Mail:
Use the enclosed envelope with your bill. Make your cheque or money order payable to Delmarva Power, in the envelope (with the Delmarva Power address showing) place your payment and the top portion of your bill, put a stamp on the envelope, and drop it in the mail.

Credit Card:
With a credit card, you can pay your energy bill by calling 1-800-375-7117. There is $6.25 fee per $600.
Direct Debit:
Direct Debit is a carefree payment option. You can save time and postage by having the amount of your energy bill automatically deducted from your checking account each month, no need to write a cheque every month. You can be sure that your payment is made on time every month even if you are away from home. You will be notified in advance of the amount and date of the deduction starting with your next energy bill, so you can record it in your checkbook. You have to print the form, fill it and mail it, so the company can record your banking information with a voided check. You can see the record information at:

Pay-by-Phone:
You can pay your energy bill using your Pay by Phone account, if you have established a Pay by Phone account with your bank. By calling at 1-800-375-7117, you can make a payment.
Stop and Start Service:
Delmarva Power wants to make services as easy and effortless as possible such as update your account information or start, transfer or stop your service. For that, you have to go to Service Requests.
In-Person Payment Locations:
At designated stores, pharmacies and banks, it is easy to pay, when you are at grocery shopping, or just out and about. Check the list of locations near you. During the customer service hours that are posted, Delmarva Power representatives are available to answer customers’ questions and help make payment arrangements. Bill payment is accepted at the locations indicated during the hours that are posted.

When you visit Delmarva.com, you will see the option of customer self-service at the right hand side of the home page. For logging in you have to click on “access my account” option. Enter your username and click on “continue” option. You will see the new page, where you have to enter your password and click on “continue” option to access your account. After logging in, you can view your bill and pay your bill online. If you have forgotten your username and password, then click on “forgot your username” and “forgot your password” options respectively.

New users can login after creating their account at Delmarva.com. Click on “new users” option to set up “my account“. You will see the registration process of five steps. You have to enter information from any of your last two bills.
1. Enter your 12-digit account number, billing period to date, bill amount, account name, rewrite the captcha, and tick mark to accept the terms and conditions then click on “continue” option.
2. Click on the security image to select it and click on “continue” option.
3. Enter email address, confirm email address, first name, last name, user name (6-25 characters), password (8-15 characters), conform password and click on “continue” option.
4. Select a security question 1, enter its answer, select security question 2, enter its answer, select security question 3, enter its answer and click on “continue” option.
5. Choose your interested topics such as energy conservation, energy efficiency program, renewable generation, electronic billing and payment, how my home uses energy, and electric vehicles and click on “submit” option.
