Betty Crocker Mix It Up with Betty Recipe Contest entry period has been started on January 4, 2010 and it will end on January 31, 2010.

Eligibility: You are eligible if you are 18 years of age or older as of January 4, 2010, and are a legal United States resident residing in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia during the competition.

Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. on January 4, 2010 and ends 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2010.

How To Enter Betty Crocker Mix It Up with Betty Recipe Contest: Go to www.BettyCrocker.com/MixItUpWithBetty, register to become a member of BettyCrocker.com (or log on if you are already a member) and submit your recipe using the online entry form, filling in all requested information completely. Recipes submitted online must include the eligible products used and must include no more than nine additional ingredients in total in addition to the Betty Crocker Cookie Mix product.

Limit: Each electronic entry should be submitted only once.

Prizes:

• Grand Prize: One of the fifteen selected Finalist recipes will be judged the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize winner will be awarded a check for $5000. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will also receive 1000 Bonus Box Tops to be awarded to the winner’s designated school registered in the Box Tops for Education program. Bonus Box Tops will be awarded directly to designated school. Individuals cannot redeem Bonus Box Tops for cash. Approximate value of grand prize is $5100.
• Runner-Up Prizes: Four Finalists will each be awarded a Runner-Up prize of $500 cash and 1000 Bonus Box Tops to be awarded to the winner’s designated school registered in the Box Tops for Education program. The $500 Runner-Up prizes will be awarded as checks. Bonus Box Tops prizes will be awarded directly to designated schools. Individuals cannot redeem Bonus Box Tops for cash. Approximate value of each Runner-Up prize is $600.

Honorable Mentions: The remaining 10 Finalists will each be awarded Honorable Mention and will be recognized on www.BettyCrocker.com/MixItUpWithBetty. Each Honorable Mention will also be awarded a $100 BettyCrockerStore.com gift certificate. Gift certificate subject to BettyCrockerStore.com terms and conditions and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winners: If you are one of the 15 selected Finalists, you will be notified on or about March 1, 2010 via e-mail. Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize winners will be announced on or about March 16, 2010 at www.BettyCrocker.com/MixItUpWithBetty.
