You will get complete information regarding the ticket like flight number, PNR code and an Itinerary Receipt (ITR).

Take a print out of the ITR and the ticket is in your hands. Moreover if you are not having a hard copy of the ITR, don’t worry as Air India will provide you. The only thing you have to do is to report at the counter of Air India with the SMS detail along with a photo ID proof. They will provide a copy of ITR for you in no time.
