    can not find the southern electric meter readings.
    Wanted to give actual meter readings.

    I have tried ring your freephone line to give my meter reading it would not accept my account number. Instead I decided to go to your website as an alternative, i opened southern electric login page to pay my sothern electric bill and there is no heading for entering in meter readings.

    I am also irritated as I have told your meter readers for the past 10 years that access to the meters can be reached in a side cupboard without having to obtain entry in the house. It is their computers but never referred to. Do you really want to read my meter or for me incur large bills?

    Could you also tell me why you two services that do not have user friendly access? why southern electric bills payment is not user friendly?

    How can i raise my concerns with your Customer Service department and if you could give me a call to help me sort this out. OR do i need to call southern electric customer service number?

    My last address was 54 Waylen ST. Reading which when i left you owed me money which you have sent you me by cheque,now there is some confusion about me living at 6 Cholsey House Moulsford House Reading which i have never lived.

    I would like to pay my bill with just THE CUSTOMER NUMBER and I can not do it, due that I was asking to sign on first and that it is a waste of time and I do not have time to waste please be more diligent.
