The official website of CBS Survivor Casting Call Contest is Www.cbs.com/sears, which provides information about how we can enter and become a member of the CBS Survivor Casting Call Contest sweepstakes. To enter, visit that website and follow the instructions to complete the entry process. The CBS Survivor Casting Call Contest gives a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles for a live audition to be considered for selection to participate on the Survivor 21/22 Show and don’t forget, entry time has ben started on January 18, 2010 and it will end on March 5, 2010.

Eligibility: The Survivor Casting Call Contest is offered and open to persons who are “Registered Users” [for purposes of these Official Rules, Registered Users means a person that has successfully completed the registration form and has obtained a user identification and associated password on one or more of the following CBSI Websites: CBSSports.com, CBSgames.com, cbs.com and/or CBSnews.com, legal residents of 1 of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and at least 18 or age of majority in their state of residence and older at the date of entry in this Contest.

Timing: The Survivor Casting Call Contest begins on January 18, 2010 at 5:00:00 PM PT and ends at 11:59:00 PM PT on March 5, 2010. The Video Upload period begins on 1/18/10 at 5:00:00 PM PT and ends on 2/21/10 at 11:59:59 PM PT.

How to Enter CBS Survivor Casting Call Contest: To enter this Contest, Participants must go to cbs.com/sears during the Entry Period and complete the Contest entry form, including, without limitation, submitting your ID and Password. Participants must then upload an original Promotion Video, of themselves, stating “Why do you think you have what it takes to win the Survivor 21/22 Show?“. Once the Registered User completes the foregoing tasks and clicks the “submit” button, such Registered User will be entered into this Contest. The Promotion Video must complete with the required information.

Limit: Limit of one Promotion Video per person during the Promotion Period.

Prizes: Winner will get a 3 night trip to Los Angeles for a live audition to be considered for selection to participate on the Survivor 21/22 Show. The Winner will meet with Survivor casting team for an in-person audition and the chance to become the newest castaway on the Survivor 21/22 Show. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Winner to Los Angeles, California from a single major U.S. airport nearest Winner’s home, double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for 3 nights, admission to the Survivor 21/22 Show auditions presently scheduled for on or about April 2010, ground transfers in Los Angeles from hotel to studio.Estimated retail value of the Prize is $4,500.

Winners: For the winner list of the CBS Survivor Casting Call Contest, you have to send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by April 30, 2010 to “Winners’ list: Survivor Casting Call Contest” c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For a copy of the Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked “Official Rules: “Survivor Casting Call Contest” for receipt by March 15, 2010; residents from VT may omit postage on the self-addressed envelope.
