You can only cancel your E-Tickets (Reservations) before the chart preparation which is normally put 4 hours before the scheduled departure of the train. If you want to cancel your ticket through online, for that you have to logon to www.railticketonline.com then click on ‘Book History’ link then select the ticket to be cancel option. The refund of your ticket will be deposited to your user account. RailTicketOnline charges Rs.10/- (Second/Sleeper) as a service charge and RS.20/- (Higher Class) for the first passenger and an additional RS.5/- for every subsequent passenger up to a maximum of Rs.25/- (Second/Sleeper) and RS.40/- (Higher Class).
