How to login and create my account at www.centurylink.com?

Open the site www.centurylink.com and click on “My Account” option. The two options will be given, first is for CenturyTel customers and the second for Embarq customers.

If you are the customer of CenturyTel, then click on it. To get the page of my account, enter your My Account User ID and My Account Password and press “Login” button.

If you are an Embarq customer then click on “Embarq customers” option and get its page. If you are register user then enter your user id and password, click on “Log in” option. If you are new user then first you have to create your new account.

For creating new account, click on “Create New Account” option. Get the new page, where you will have to enter your 13-digit account number and read the terms and conditions carefully. After reading it, click on box in which you accept the terms and conditions of centurylink.com and press “Continue” button.

If you want to check your mail then you can visit the website at CenturyLink.net. Check your mail directly after clicking on “Embarq customer” section, the option of Log in to CenturyLink.net to check your e-mail is provided.

Press the CenturyLink.net link and get the new page, on the right side the option of check mail is given. You can use the option by entering your user id and password, click on “Login” option.

    Hi All. Just wanted to note that CenturyLink is not affliated with this page in anyway so your questions would not be answered by them. They do in fact have a online customer outreach that will gladly help out with any issues. The email to contact their team is Reachout@CenturyLink.com. I know many have had success in reaching out to them. The also do online support through Twitter. The official rep is @CenturyLinkJoey. If you need help give them a shot!

    I ALSO HAVE SEARCHED FOR A WAY TO PAY MY BILL ON LINE. MY BILL IS DATED MAY 1, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT UNTIL TUESDAY MAY 31st. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THIS UP WITH THE USPS. TODAY,6/3/11 I GOT AROUND TO TRYING. UNSUCCESSFULLY, TO PAY MY BILL ON LINE BECAUSE MY TELEPHONE SERVICE HAS BEEN SHUT OFF. NORMALLY, ONE WOULE JUST DRIVE DOWN TO THE OFFICE TO PAY THE BILL AND GET EVERYTHING STRAIGHTENED OUT. HOWEVER, I AM 100% DISABLED, BEDRIDDEN, AND CAN’T WALK. I FEEL THAT MY LIFE HAS BEEN PUT AT GREAT RISK BY CENTURY LINK
    ALSO CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THESE FREEZES ONON THE TV PROGRAM ARE CAUSED BY? THE PROGRAM WILL BE RUNNING NORMALLY THEN FREEZE FOR ANYWHERE FROM 1 TO3 SECONDS THEN RESUNE AS NORMAL BUT WITH GAPS IN THE DIALOG AND PICTURE. I NEVER HAD THESE PROBLEMS WITH DIRECT TV AND AM REGRETTING THAT I SWITCHED, I WILL GIVE THEM ANOTHER WEEK TO GET THEIR PROBLEMS FIXED THEN I AM GOING BACK TO DIRECT TV. I MUST, IN ALL FAIRNESS, THAT I DO LIKE THE STARS AND ENCORE ON DEMAND CHANNELS BUT THEY CERTAINLY AREN’T WORTH THE AGRIVAITION

    I give up trying to get to my info. I am successful 1 time out of 10. Suggest you send your system programmers over to the competition. Hire one good programmer and have this person start from scratch. One website to handle bill paying; account info and status is all you need, Leave the all the ad junk to the pros.
