Enter now for your chance to win a $10,000 cash prize and a donation of $1,000 to your chosen high school team. You can enter by visiting the website www.teen.com/makeitorbreakitsweeps and fill out your entry form. The sweepstakes entry period has been started from December 1, 2009 and it will end on January 30, 2010.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13-years of age or older. Entrants under the age of the majority in their state of residence should get permission from parents or guardians to enter the Sweepstakes.

Timing: The Will Your Team Make It or Break It Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2009 at noon Eastern Time and ends on January 30, 2010 at noon ET.

How To Enter Teen’s Will Your Team Make It or Break It Sweepstakes: There are two methods of entry for this Sweepstakes:

• Online entry: To enter the Sweepstakes online, access the website located at www.teen.com/makeitorbreakitsweeps and follow the online instructions to complete and thereafter submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You must register at the Sweepstakes Site to enter the Sweepstakes online. There is no charge to register. Through on-screen instructions you will be asked to provide information including your first and last name, email address, date of birth and complete mailing address. All required Entry Information must be completed in full.
• Text message: In order to enter this Sweepstakes by text message entry, you must have a text message capable communications device. If you have a text message capable communications device, you must register by texting the name of a favorite high school sports team using the allotted amount of texting spaces to the shortcode 444333 on your communications device.

Limit: Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method during the Promotion Period.

Prizes: One Grand Prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize.In addition, a donation of $1,000.00 will be made by Sponsor to the high school team of the Grand Prize winner’s election, subject to acceptance by the school.
